In the context of its Work Package on Innovation, the Creative FLIP consortium and expert Joost Heinsius, have conducted intensive research on the topic of status and working conditions of artists and cultural professionals to launch an online platform on the topic. This process is undertaken in close cooperation with the European Commission and the Open Method of Cooperation (OMC) group.
The recently published report of the OMC group on working conditions is extremely important as it provides a wealth of information and good practices from the Member States (MS), as well as main recommendations.
In addition to the report, an online platform is also foreseen, which would complement the report and collect all available information in an online, easily searchable format which can follow up on new developments.
The online platform will be developed in the framework of the Creative FLIP project, as an integral part of the Creatives Unite platform. Within the current project scope, it is foreseen to develop and launch the first public version of the platform, followed by recommendations for further steps for a more advanced version.
In this context, Creative FLIP, i.e. Goethe-Institut Brussels as the Lead of the consortium and of this task, is looking for an experienced Researcher to support the Project Management Team and the Lead expert in this assignment.
Further details on the assignment, conditions and requirements of the post can be found in the Terms of Reference, as well as instructions for application for interested candidates.
Deadline for application is 12:00h CET (noon) on 20 July 2023.
Short-listed candidates will be invited for an interview which will take place on 24 or 25 July 2023.
