Based on the sister-city model the 2022/23 edition of Creative FLIP Peer to Peer (P2P) exchanges will bring together creative hubs from across Europe and beyond as “twinnings” which are the starting point for co- creation, knowledge exchange and a one year long cooperation. The aim is that these twinnings will create sparks for sustainable and long-term partnerships among the hubs community.
This edition of the P2P program supports the blended mobility of all selected hubs, comprising online meetings and a classic in-person peer exchange resulting in the creation of a community event.
