As part of the Crafts as a Form of Resilience project, Creative FLIP held an online capacity-building program for Ukrainian creators on the topics of funding and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) on 5 November 2024.
The Creative FLIP project lead from the Goethe-Institut introduced the participants to the work of Creative FLIP, upcoming cooperation opportunities, as well as its flagship initiative Creatives Unite, with a wealth of resources and available opportunities for the cultural and creative sector, and a special section dedicated to the Ukraine crisis and support for the Ukrainian cultural and creative sector.
The Creative FLIP partners from IDEA Consult and Intellectual Property Institute Luxembourg (IPIL) have then delved into more in-depth detail, introducing online-tools So You Need Money? and My Intellectual Property, as well as giving presentations on different funding and financing options and IP instruments relevant to the sector.
We thank the project consortium for the invitation and great initiative.
The Crafts as a Form of Resilience project is implemented by Culture Hub Croatia in partnership with Materahub (Italy) and Center of Social Innovations (Ukraine) with support of IZOLYATSIA. Platform for cultural initiatives, Trans Europe Halles and Malý Berlín and co-financed by the #ZMINA Rebuilding program, created with the support of the European Union under a dedicated call for proposals to support Ukrainian displaced people and the Ukrainian Cultural and Creative Sectors.
